Please read these product terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Custom Carbon Limited makes the products available to you (“Trading Terms”). THIS ARTICLE IS SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION IS MADE AS TO THIS PRODUCT’S ABILITY TO PROTECT THE USER FROM INJURY OR DEATH. THE USER ASSUMES THAT RISK. THE EFFECTIVENESS WARRANTY, AND LONGEVITY OF THIS EQUIPMENT ARE DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE MANNER IN WHICH IT IS INSTALLED, USED, AND/OR MAINTAINED. THE USER ASSUMES THE RISK. BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT AND OPENING THE PACKAGING, PURCHASRE EXPRESSELY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE THAT THEY TAKE, SELECT AND PURCHASE THESE CUSTOM CARBON LIMITED PRODUCTS FROM CUSTOM CARBON LIMITED ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY CUSTOM CARBON LIMITED)” AS IS” AND WITH”ALL FAULTS”. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THESE CUSTOM CARBON LIMITED PARTS IS WITH THE PURCHASERS. SHOULD THE GOODS BE DEFECTIVE FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST FOR ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIR OR ANY RESULTING LIABILITY. WORKING ON YOUR CAR CAN BE A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING, PLEASE LEAVE MECHANICAL AND SAFETY CRITICAL WORK TO A SKILLED MECHANIC. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCORRECT USE AND/OR INSTALLATION OF CUSTOM CARBON PRODUCTS.

PURCHASING

The on-line shop is in use to provide a fast and efficient method of suppling our customers. We aim to stock most of the custom carbon brand for this purpose. However there are some products in the custom carbon range and all of the reverie range, that are made to order. We prefer to communicate directly with all orders where possible when processing orders. In order to provide a quality service, product specs may need to be double checked. Packaging and postage details can also be more accurately charged, and an expected delivery date of the order can also be given.

You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. Your card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order, at which point payment will be collected.

PAYMENT METHODS

Pay pal method payments can be made through the shop, or directly using the address info@customcarbon.co.uk. We can also send you a pay pal request payment link. If payment is by bank transfer we will send you these details. Some orders might only be payable by bank transfer. Any cheques or postal orders need to be in British Sterling. Credit and debit card payments can be made over the phone or in person. We do not recomend the sending of credit card details by e-mail.

PRICES

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. We try to ensure that the prices are current at all times, however we reserve the right to change the price we will charge you, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed in the ‘Checkout’ section of the web site. In some cases you may need to contact us to obtain an exact price for the delivery.

AVAILABILITY

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may either select an alternative or request a refund for the cost of the goods. If the item is part of a larger order you may choose to cancel the whole order before any of the items are despatched.

ACCEPTANCE

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please note that the delivery prices quoted are for delivery of products within mainland UK. All deliveries are by Royal Mail or a courier selected by us. Deliveries of some items to non-mainland and Europe are possible and a delivery price will be provided on request.

We do our best to secure delivery within 28 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If we cannot deliver within this time we shall notify you immediately and try to agree an alternative date with you. If we cannot agree an alternative date, you will be offered a refund of the cost of the goods and the delivery charge.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 calendar days after the day following the delivery, by advising our Customer Services department by phone on +44 (0)1653 228086 or e-mail at info@customcarbon.co.uk In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The initial delivery charge and the cost of return carriage are not refundable.

If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, your payment will be refunded after deducting the cost of recovering the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

GENERAL

These Trading Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

If any of these Trading Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Trading Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, provided any contract made under these Trading Terms is capable of continuing in existence.
